Port Hope has two different library sections. One of them can be found above the temple, the second in Clark's headquarters. In addition, some books can be found scattered around Tiquanda.

Temple Library:
The library is located to the west of the depot in Port Hope, on the second floor of this building.
No bookcases are EMPTY.
Barracks Library:
The library is located in south part of the city, in barracks, close to NPC Clark.
