1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to TibiaBuddy. By accessing or using our website at tibiabuddy.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

TibiaBuddy is a fansite database and encyclopedia for the MMORPG Tibia. We provide game information, guides, and database content to help players.

2. USE OF SERVICE

Permitted Use: You may use TibiaBuddy to:

• Browse the Tibia database and encyclopedia content
• Read guides, walkthroughs, and game information
• Search for creatures, items, quests, NPCs, and other game data
• Access hunting calculators and game tools

Prohibited Use: You may NOT:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Site
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Site
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Republish or redistribute our content without proper attribution
• Impersonate TibiaBuddy or claim affiliation with CipSoft GmbH

3. CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT

Game Content: Tibia, all game content, artworks, screenshots, and the Tibia name are copyright © CipSoft GmbH. All rights reserved. TibiaBuddy is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH.

Database Content: All database content on TibiaBuddy is sourced from TibiaWiki and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License (CC-BY-SA 3.0).

Attribution: If you use or republish content from TibiaBuddy, you must:

• Provide attribution to TibiaBuddy and TibiaWiki
• Link back to the original source page
• Include the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license notice
• Share any derivative works under the same license

4. USER ACCOUNTS (FUTURE)

TibiaBuddy does not currently require user accounts. If we introduce user accounts or premium features in the future, additional terms will apply and will be communicated clearly.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TibiaBuddy is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of game data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Results obtained from using the Site
• Suitability for any particular purpose

Game Information: Tibia is constantly updated by CipSoft GmbH. While we strive to keep our database current, some information may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify critical information in-game.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TibiaBuddy, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
