Qjell

200px 200px 200px Qjell, or "QJ-((," is the god-king of the Njey (Deeplings). Qjell can be pleased by sacrifices of Hearts of the Sea. The name of this deity is an allusion to Kiel, important german seaside city. Qjell is in fact portrayed by a human - Navigator. The Njey have no means of seeing Qjell, so they assume his omnipresence. The Njey follow orders from Qjell, training an army to attack the Hive Born, among others. There seems to have been another human survivor with Qjell, as a series of diaries have been found in the Hive underground: The Hive.
