Winston Roper

Winston Roper was a Thaian who was arrested in 920 p.g. by order of king Tibianus I for robbery. He was then sentenced to three years in prison. Twelve years after his release, however, Winston again committed a crime: he was caught poaching and had to pay a fine of 70 gold, as mentioned in a book in the Royal Archives.
