The Ice Witch Temple is a cave located below the western peninsula in the Barbarian Settlements area, southwest of Bittermor . It is inhabited by several Ice Witches, Ice Golems and Crystal Spiders. Under the temple itself, there are pits containing Frost Dragons and Frost Dragon Hatchlings, which can be accessed by levitating. For the first level it is enough to be lvl ~70.
