Mount Sternum/Undead Cave

A new cave after the winter update 2007, CipSoft probably wanted to compensate the free account people for the big undead hunting caves (Ankrahmun Tombs) the premium account players have. With every floor you go down the monsters become more challenging and stronger. This is an excellent hunting ground for a number of reasons. Firstly, it boasts excellent gold drops as well as good amount of experience (even when there are many players hunting in the cave), mace/sword lootbags can be made and sent using the mailbox near NPC Melfar (if you have done the Postman Missions Quest). Last but not least, there is a nearby food source at the northern exit of the cave(near the witch tower), there are plenty wolves and bears, as well as water for those carry a fishing rod. Caution is advised however, it's great distance from cities makes it a popular PK hangout in PVP worlds. There are a few entrances, one is , close to the witch tower south of Kazordoon, the other one is through the Mount Sternum Cyclops cave. There is one quest in this cave, the Geomancer Quest. A pick is needed to reach parts of the fifth floor and below.
