Nargor is the second largest island in the Shattered Isles. The island is surrounded by jagged reefs and mountains, making it particularly difficult to reach. This provides a distinct advantage to the skilled sailors that call themselves Pirates. Nargor is home to the largest known pirate base, and the island is riddled with caves and traps to prevent unauthorized access. There is also a cave haunted by a couple of undead pirates. Accessed via the Meriana Quest. If you have completed the quest, you can get to Nargor by going to Liberty Bay, using the password "peg leg" with Captain Waverider and asking Sebastian to bring you to Nargor.
