Just remember not to run like a mindless bot through the caves - just focus on one area filled with as many Corym Vanguards as possible. Particularly good spot is (with the large cave north-east, but you will probably not need go there, Coryms respawn is fast). Level 25+ knights and paladins with decent skill (45+) and plenty of Stealth Rings can try to run past the Vanguards to a portal on the bottom floor and access an area filled with Stonerefiners, which give extremely good experience, are weak to physical attacks, and cannot sense invisibility.
