While travelling through Tibia you may encounter many strange looking places. It is hard to resist the impression that something lies behind them: an old, forgotten quest, or a completely new task that is waiting to be solved. In this article we will try to gather the most interesting of them and share rumours and legends whispered in shady taverns around Tibia.

PENTAGRAM SHAPED ROOM IN EDRON'S HERO CAVE

Hero Cave There are many rumours about this pentagram shaped room. It has five switches on the end of every pentagram arm. Player Mulf, the famous Antica rare collector is claming to solve the riddle. Here is what he said during the interview for Tibiacity: "In Tibia you find sometimes very odd places, which also have a reason to look odd, because they hide something. For example the pentagram-shaped room in the edron dungeon with 5 switches. There i was able to get something unique which i still own on an old lowlevel character of me, who saves my quest-treasures until I maybe decide to use them someday again." It is said that you have to have all the tomes - and that the reward used to be a great axe. Mulf fought wars with his axe.

POISON TOWER IN EDRON

[add pic of poison tower please] Many have encountered the strange looking Poison Tower on a way to Edron Dragon Lair. Nobody has discovered its purpose yet.

NPC BASILISK IN KAZORDOON MINES

Famous NPC of unknown occupation. There are many rumours about this NPC. You can read more about it in the Kazordoon Library. It is said that it is impossible to reach the Basilisk directly as there is no way into his room, however some players claim to have successfully entered his cave.Rumors say that this NPC will create a different(of 5) magic effect on self when you say a single(?) letter(not q, x or z).Its radius from spawn pos is 2.

HELLGATE'S MYSTERIOUS HOUSE

Hellgate house3.jpg Hellgate house2.jpg Hellgate house1.jpg undefinedundefined There is a house deep inside the Hellgate in Ab'dendriel. The entrance is protected with a Magic Wall. Although it looks odd, no quest containers can be spotted from the ground floor.

HELLGATE'S LIBRARY

A mysterious library with many books written in Beholder's language. There is a librarian NPC A Wrinkled Beholder without any known quest or trade related purpose.

HELLGATE'S TREASURE ROOM

A treasure room, where you can admire five sets with some rare equipment. This particular area looks like a key on the minimap.

ROOKGAARD'S MYSTERIOUS FISH

A fish carved on the floor.
