Silverhand Manor

The Silverhand Manor is located in the north-east end of the city of Liberty Bay on Vandura. The manor is on a large hill where the governor can observe the city. Governor Percy Silverhand and his daughter Eleonore live on the second floor. This is one of the high-ground safehavens in case of attack by storm or raiders. The other is the Liberty Bay Fort.
