HOW TO UNLOCK RASHID
Before you can trade with Rashid, you must complete “The Travelling Trader” quest (also called Rashid's Quest). This is available at any level and requires visiting Rashid in three different cities on three different days. After completing the quest, you can sell items to Rashid permanently.
- Find Rashid in his current city and say hi then mission
- He will ask you to visit him on a specific day in a specific city
- Repeat this 3 times on 3 different days
- After the third visit, Rashid unlocks trading permanently
