Blood Skull

It looks like a skull with blood spots on it. Obtainable on the lower part of Vengoth after giving 100 Vampire Lord Tokens to Storkus in the Vampire Hunter Quest. Additionally, since the patch on March 9th 2010, it is available in Vengoth Castle in a chest that was previously blocked. The purpose of the Blood Skull is not known yet. There are rumours that it is a key of some kind.
