Exalted Core

One exalted core is needed in order to transfer tiers to a 0-tier item. It can also be used to rise the success rate as well as to reduce the tier reduction chances during Fusion. Additionally, an exalted core can be used on a creature Soul Core to transform the latter into one of a lower Bestiary difficulty, with any creature class and occurence being possible.
