Heavily Rusted Helmet

Information about this item can be found in Market and Cyclopedia. However, it hasn't been obtained in-game yet, therefore this is believed to be an Unobtainable Item. Using a Flask of Rust Remover on it will probably remove the rust and uncover a helmet. There might be a chance the helmet will fall apart upon trying to do so. Successfully polishing this item will probably count towards the Polisher achievement.
