Use it on a Water Buffalo to tame it. When you use it, you may get the following messages: The water buffalo ignores you. — nothing has happened and you may try again The water buffalo flees. — the buffalo disappeared and you will have to find another one The leech slipped through your fingers and is now following the call of nature. — the leech disappeared The leech appeased the water buffalo and your taming was successful. — you tamed the buffalo It can be obtained through swamp digging. Players also reported to have obtained the Leech by doing the new daily tasks. It may be a possible reward of the Venore Daily Tasks Quest or the Goblin Merchant Quest.
