Upper Rathleton

Upper Rathleton (officially known as Rathleton City), is a part of the city Rathleton on the island Oramond with Houses, shops and most of the NPCs. It is also the part of the city with no Creatures roaming freely, as is the case in Lower Rathleton or the Workshop Quarter.
