In order to get a bunch of reed, you need to cut Reed with a Scythe, a Machete, a Heavy Machete or a Secret Agent Tool. Use it with a Millstone to make Ground Reed. If you use ground reed with a Bucket or Trough of Water, you will make a Lump of Reed Flour Dough. Then use the dough on a baking tray get a Baking Tray (Reed). Finally, use this tray on an Oven to make Reed Balls.
