In order to get ground reed, you need to use a Bunch of Reed with a Millstone. If you use ground reed with a Bucket or Trough of Water, you will make a Lump of Reed Flour Dough. If you use it on a Baking Tray, you will get a Baking Tray (Reed). If you use it on any Oven, you will bake Reed Balls.
