Many of these appear once a year during the A Piece of Cake World Quest and can be eaten. They will slowly reduce in size and several "bites" are required for it to be completely item, which will make into a Cake Base. Some of the corners of the big cake cannot be eaten.

One piece of this cake will regenerate hp/mana for 240 seconds (4 minutes) and make you 20% full.
