On Darklight Core, its most important characteristic is that it gives the player the Agony Special Condition when stepped on, which takes 2% of the character's maximum health per second for 11 seconds as Agony Damage that cannot be mitigated. The Darkfield can be destroyed using Destroy Field Runes. However, it cannot be destroyed by throwing another type of field, Magic Walls or Wild Growths on it. It lasts for 70 seconds.
