Darklight Heart

It is one of the materials required to perform a Crimson Offering and craft items of the Sanguine Set. Can be dropped by anyone contributing to the kill of the monsters in the Rotten Blood Quest areas, but only if they have at least one Bakragore's Taint. It will be dropped through the Reward Container system.
