Can be found on the floor in Santiago's cellar in the tutorial area of Rookgaard, the Tiquanda Tarantula Caves, close to Plains of Havoc Cyclops encampment, the Demon Skeleton spawn in the Pits of Inferno, Ragnir and most likely other Barbarian Settlements. Was considered to be a rare item for a long time, until it became an official spawn in PoH and in PoI.
