These boots keep your toes warm even in the iciest regions, but they feel kind of heavy.

NOTES
In Summer Update 2008 these boots received a speed penalty of -6. There was an unknown decrease in speed before the update, see Discussion for more details.
They are a good replacement for Leather Boots, because they have a higher armor value and are only 3 oz. heavier, but it will make you walk slightly slower.
