Piece of a Broken Amulet (Eye)

It is one of the pieces of Koshei's Ancient Amulet. Part of the Koshei the Deathless Quest. It can be found in a Stone Coffin some floors down in southern Drefia, in the room with the single Vampire (here). After delivering all four pieces of the amulet (and 5000 gp) to A Sweaty Cyclops he can give you the complete amulet after waiting for 24 hours in real-time.
