Piece of a Broken Amulet (Mouth)

It is one of the pieces of Koshei's Ancient Amulet. Part of the Koshei the Deathless Quest. It can be found under a Loose Board in the the Bath of Dreams, the building west of Darashia's depot (here). After delivering all four pieces of the amulet (and 5000 gp) to A Sweaty Cyclops he can give you the complete amulet after waiting for 24 hours in real-time.
