Piece of a Broken Amulet (Nose)

It is one of the pieces of Koshei's Ancient Amulet. Part of the Koshei the Deathless Quest. It can be found in the sands of the Kha'labal, above the Ancient Ruins Tomb (here). Use the sand to obtain the amulet piece, don't dig for it. After delivering all four pieces of the amulet (and 5000 gp) to A Sweaty Cyclops he can give you the complete amulet after waiting for 24 hours in real-time.
