Soulfire Rune

Causes the target to catch on fire.This rune causes 10 damage every 9 seconds for a period of time. How long the effect will last depends upon your level and magic level. This rune is most effective when used as the first attack against a strong creature, causing them to burn while being attacked. It's used mostly in PVP combat to keep the enemy from logging out or fleeing to a Protection Zone. Note that the caster is not able to logout while target burns, too. Formula for amount of ticks is very simple. For Druid and Sorcerer it's a sum of Level and Magic Level and both divided by 3. AMOUNT_OF_TICKS = (LEVEL + MAGIC) / 3 If you are a Knight you have to sum your Level and Magic Level and divide both by 20. Paladin have to divide the sum by 15. To throw soulfire for 15 minutes you need to be a Druid or Sorcerer with atleast (Level + Magic Level) above 300. Or Knight with Level above 2000 or Paladin with Level around 1460 and Magic Level around 40. It's not known there is a cap for how long the effect can lasts. Rumors are the cap is 15 minutes (1000 damage in total). But it needs to be checked. For the spell, see Soulfire.
