Yana O'Reilly is a token trader at the Adventurer's Guild. In order to buy her items, ask about gold tokens. She could charge your weapon with its special type for either 5, 10 or 15 Gold Tokens till the Summer Update 2017; the more tokens you used to charge it the higher the risk of it breaking. Since then, she will trade Gold Tokens for items necessary for Imbuing. Since the Winter Update 2017 the Mayhem, Remedy and Carving weapons were combined into weapons of Destruction. Please note that despite the Sell list, she will only give you the respective Creature Products necessary for the imbuements, you will still need to imbue the item regularly and the usual restrictions apply. Yana is Cledwyn's cousin. Unlike her, he collects Silver Tokens. Yana also mentions that her name means "prudence or cunningness in some old Tibian language". It might be derived from the same language Yasir speaks, as he replies with "Soso yana. " when the player requests a passage.
