NOTES
This arrow has a combined attack of 54 (half earth, half physical). It will output acceptable damage and on earth-neutral or weak monsters will be more efficient than Prismatic Bolts (3.3 atk/gp vs. 4.5 atk/gp). However, many high-end creatures are immune or strong to Earth Damage.
The main use of these arrows for Paladins upon reaching Level 70 is to complete the Quara Scout task of the Killing in the Name of... Quest until Level 79 and then the Underwater Quara task after reaching Level 80. This could be dangerous without a shield and Level 70-100 Paladins should be extremely careful not to get swarmed because Quaras hit very hard with melee. Alternatively, they can be used to hunt Shaburak Demons.
Other than those two uses, they can also be used effectively against the much weaker Barbarians (but not Ice Witches), Orcs and Cyclopes. Undead Gladiators, however, which are weak to Envenomed Arrows, should only be hunted in Yalahar because the Krailos Ruins contain creatures which are immune to Earth Damage. Overall, most Paladins upon reaching Level 70 elect to instead use the crossbow ammunition counterpart, the Drill Bolt, which deals entirely physical damage.
Paladins can explore the Earth Damage/Weak page and sort the list by experience to find creatures in their difficulty range for which these arrows would be effective to use.
15 of them can be obtained from Gnomish Supply Packages.
