Newhaven

Newhaven is the new beginner's island, first mentioned on and implemented in Update 15.12.c7d92c. It is located east of Bounac. Legend: Newhaven is a peaceful coastal settlement located just east of Bounac. It serves as the first home for new adventurers entering the world of Tibia. Here, players meet a handful of helpful residents: a trader who buys local loot and sells hunting supplies such as potions and ammunition, a banker, quest givers and a spell trainer who offers a few basic spells for each vocation. The village has two exits. To the north lies the hunting ground, where adventurers can face various monsters to gain experience and prepare for the challenges ahead. The western exit, however, remains sealed by a special level door, only opening for those who have reached level eight. Behind it waits a boat that sails most vocations to Thais Peninsula, a one-way journey into the true dangers of the mainland. Only monks are taken to Blue Valley instead. Once adventurers leave Newhaven, they can never return. The island is a safe haven of learning, guidance and preparation for a new generation of Tibian heroes.
