This item can be found at daily spawns in the Tiquanda Dwarf camp , south-east building on Tyrsung and in Nargor. There's also a daily respawn north of Carlin, near Chip. It is used to make Wooden Ties by using it on a piece of Wood. Needed for the Royal Rescue mission of The Hidden City of Beregar Quest.
